Booking a coffee cart in Canberra

Choose a cart, the van or equipment only. Add each day, the hours and how many baristas.

We check the calendar
You'll see straight away if your date is free.

Your quote arrives by email
Every price itemised — no surprises, and nothing to pay yet.

Accept & lock it in
Accept online and we'll send the invoice. Bookings 5+ days away are locked in; sooner than that is tentative until our baristas are confirmed.

How do I book a coffee cart?
Build your event on our quote page — choose your days, hours and how many baristas. We check the calendar as you go and email your itemised quote. Accept it online and we'll send the invoice.
Can I hire more than one coffee cart?
Yes — we have 4, so you can book up to 4 for the same day, subject to availability.
How far ahead should I book?
Book at least 5 days ahead to lock your date in. Under 5 days we can often still help — the booking is tentative until our baristas are confirmed.
What milks do you have?
Full cream, Lite, Almond, Soy, Oat, Lactose free.
Can the coffee cart carry our branding?
Yes — we can wrap it in your signage and put your logo on every cup with 50mm round stickers. See our branding page for ideas.
